Active@ File Recovery may be the solution if you have lost data due to accidental deletion, drive formatting and computer crashes. The tool supports various types of data storage hardware, including hard disks, memory cards, USB drives and floppy disks. This recovery tool allows scanning disks in two modes: Quick and Super, which are different in terms of thoroughness and speed. However, it is great that you do not have to wait until the operation is completed as you can browse the results available up to a given moment.
The results are arranged by file type, and you can get additional information about them, like path, size and modification date. Moreover, they can be searched using various of these criteria. Luckily, it even lets you search for a specific text string or byte sequence. By clicking certain kinds of files, like text and pictures, you can preview their contents.
